Based on the 60’s Hofner Preamp, originally built to plug your guitar into a tube radio, the GePre adds beautiful Germanium harmonics and grit to your clean tone, or crank it up to push your amp into overdrive. An additional switch gives the circuit a fuzzy boost with more gain, clipping and harmonic sustain.
Point to point construction using single NOS tag strip.
